How can I make a reservation?
We have a reservation form at our website, please state here your data and the desired dates which you want to stay at Casa Villa Lois. Please send us the date when you will arrive and the date you will leave. Please state a emailadress that is fully functional because we only use this emailadress to communicate with you. As soon as we recieve your email we check if Casa Villa Lois is free at your desired dates. We will send you the reply together with a link to a webpage where you make your reservation final. If you need any additional service like a airport transfer you can apply for that on this webpage.

There are no costs?
All costs are to be paid to the owner at Casa Villa Lois, there is no fee for making the reservations. Please be ware that all sums need to be paid in CUC currency. Be sure tho check our Practical information page for more information about the CUC currency. This website is created to help the cuban family which operates Casa Villa Lois and is not commercial.

Will my reservation be ensured?
Yes, it will. If you encounter any delays during your travels please let us now by email (info@casa-villa-lois.com) or bij SMS on the number +31. Casa Villa Lois has the right to lent the casa to a third party when you don't show up at the given date and no information about a delay is sended. In the case you show up later without notice Lois will try to accomodate you at an other casa.

Can I cancel a reservation?
If you are in need to cancel your reservation please let us know by email on info@casa-villa-lois.com. We understand plans can change but we are gratefull if you let us know so we can possible accomodate a third party.
